Finished My Paper Prototype

Today I finished my paper prototype. We made a video of how it should go. It will hopefully be up by next week. I did not like doing it though, it just felt weird if you ask me. Plus my hands were shaking for some reason. Although I didn't feel nervous.

Paper Prototyping

Well, I started my paper prototype of my game today. I liked it because it helps me get a general idea of what I want to do. So when it comes down to creating it I wont have as much trouble. I like mostly all of it too. Drawing the funny creatures then mutating them is always fun.

First Flash Game Today

Created my first little Flash Game today. It took long enough too. But now I know the basic details of creating a Flash Game. Trust me this stuff has to be perfect or it'll never work. How lovely is that?
It was a wee bit hard due to the instructions not being very well detailed. But we figured it out pretty easily. The best part was the score keeping. It was also the hardest part.

And yes I sometimes play games in my spare time. Here lately I haven't played games in over 4 weeks. But I often play the playstation 3 or the Xbox. Anything that passes time really.

Favorite Game/ Franchise

My favorite game of all time. And also my most hated game of all time would have to be Socom Confrontation. It's a very realistic video game yet it isn't as much. It has a variety of players to it also. You have the campers and the run and gunners. Then you have the "Complete Effing Idiots" to the "Your too good your a cheater." But this game is all around fun. But at the same time it can be very stressing. With all the bugs and latency.
This is game is "special" to me because I find myself to be very good at it. From being a loyal fan since Socom 1. All the way to wasting an amazing 500 hours on this game. But mainly because I'm good at it. I like hearing people cuss me out because I shot them. It's pretty funny.
I wouldn't say it is very nostalgic in any way. It's a very real world simulation of shooter and action games.
The atmosphere of the video game is lovely. No one is nice to one another. If you mess around you either get voted out or shot for it. Almost every word that comes out of any ones mouth is a cuss word. And people complain too much on it anyways. So I would say the games atmosphere is rather exciting.
As for Socom's control on the game, they have been the same since the beginning really. So it's pretty easy to jump right into the action.

But as for giving this game something to love. I don't know about that, I hate this game but I love it at the same time.

I have made several videos about this game. Including glitches to kill montages. Many and many different types of videos. Mainly cheating. Here is a video of me hacking Socom Combined Assault in the good old days. But recently, a friend and I are trying to mod the ps3's ram so that it would automatically run a device through it. Enabling us to run ramped on ps3 games just like we do on the ps2 games.

This is by far one of the best videos I remember though. May have some codes in it. But the laugh is worth it.

Late in the video is the best. I would think 4:00 to the end or somewhere around that.

My other FAVORITE video. Made a new code. My own little dish of ownage. Socom Ca HEAT SEEKING bullets. What's better than that?

First day of "Intro To Gaming"

First day in Intro to Gaming. Plus this is the first ever blog post I've ever made. Amazing I know, but clearly I'm not used to all this. But my first day of class seems pretty cool. The instructor is pretty cool, easy to get along with. I'll just have to stay on his good side. To make sure everything goes well. But the class will seem to be step by step. So learning it shouldn't be too hard. Hopefully it will stay that way, on account my other classes are already rambled out of order. But I think it will all go well. Keep posted, I'll have to "blog" how everything goes.
